Cranial Remolding Helmet Therapy
Whether you were referred to us by your physician or not, we are happy to meet with you to discuss your child's needs. Cranial remolding therapy is not always needed and we can discuss options. We have evening hours for your convenience. If you need a referral to a qualified physician, we can put you in the right direction.
We use the Orthomerica Starscanner which is a Class 1, eye safe laser along with 8 cameras which produces a superior scan with no discomfort to the child. Within 2 weeks the helmet will be ready and therapy will begin. You will require multiple visits throughout the therapy however you will rarely need a second helmet. ** See our 1 helmet guarantee. Baseline scans are an excellent way for parents to track the progress of a child's cranial growth. If there is a question of plagiocephaly or we are monitoring a child prior to the decision to utilize helmet therapy, a scan will give the most accurate growth measurements.
